Excellent service third time in a row and I have a Toyota! they're always helping anybody out who needs help. Alta Nissan will not turn you away. I had a slow leak in my tire ( nail or screw ) and when I called Richmond Hill Toyota, they always tell me they're overbooked and I have to book next week. but when I call Alta Nissan they take me in even though it's near the end of the day usually after 4:00 p.m. and they get it done. They put the plug in my tire and I'm off on my way. next time I think I have to buy a Nissan just for the great service I get at Alta Nissan Richmond Hill. Josie was the service advisor who took me in and got me out very quickly considering that they were about to close, great job Alta Nissan for the third time.
