I love this place. Clean, fast and friendly service. I visit monthly for my fills and pedicure. I’ve tried several nail salons in Hamilton but this one is in my opinion the best.

I just moved to the area and literally found this place on Google last night. I was skeptical at first but still decided to give it a try today. And honestly one of the best nails salon EVERR!! I got bio gel and some designs with it. Helen’s done such an amazing job!!! She really took her time and made sure everything is perfect. Tracy (I believe she’s the manager) is super friendly. She cares a lot about her customers and seems to appreciate all the feedbacks. Best customer service I’ve ever received from a nails salon. No cap!The place is clean and price is affordable. If you’re looking for a nails salon in the area or Hamilton, please give this place a try. I promise you won’t regret it.I’m planning to take my boyfriend and my aunt here, would also recommend this place to my friends.

This was my first time visiting impression nail & spa! They have wonderful staff, very clean it’s the first thing you see, professional and I will be going back for sureTracy did my waxing full leg, Brazilian, under arm and eyebrows and she was absolutely amazing! I recommend her to everyone she takes her time and makes sure it’s a job well done!EDIT: Helen and Tracy did my my nails and both are great! The first tech did not do a clean job with painting or shaping of nails and was defensive and unwilling to listen when I gently tried to express the issues, but Tracy fixed things and did a nice job, quite quickly, however the line of paint around the cuticle was still not ideally clean…however much better than the first time. I was however left with a dark hair (looks like an eyelash) painted into my big toe nail and I said it’s okay, as I didn’t want to be difficult when she presented it to me, so I let it dry that way. I’m sure if I insisted she would’ve fixed it but I didn’t want to make any more complaints. She said she felt bad for me today. Looking at it again, I don’t think she should’ve shown me the hair on the painted nail and presented it to me, she should’ve just removed it and painted the nail with no hair on it. Only other noticeable complaint is the extremely strong smell of chemicals when entering…some sufficient ventilation and air filtration would be nice…I look forward to finding my go-to place around here but this one is not it for me.

Attention to detail!! This is my new nail salon, I appreciate the attention to detail and the extra care given. They are very friendly as well. I highly recommend this place

I absolutely loved the experience. I went in for bio gel refill which was 45 dollars to start with and I also had two nails completely gone and on top of that I asked for a design too. The total came to 58 dollars and let me tell you that is nothing compared to what I have spent in the past on less than satisfactory work. She took great care in doing my nails and when I asked her not to cut my cuticle (I get hang nails which are painful) she was super understanding and careful to follow through my request unlike other places that I have been to where they make a big deal about it. She was so good in doing my design that I loved the end result and tipped her 20 bucks. I recomend calling them before you show up.Edit: these pictures are 2 and a half weeks later

I really hate to leave a bad review but I have to. I have been here twice. The place is pretty clean and the first time I went I didn’t have a problem. My most recent visit though, the nail tech who did my pedicure cut up every single cuticle on my right foot and three on my left foot. The product they used afterward stung so badly because of all the cuts on my toes. I hate confrontation so I didn’t say anything at the time but it was afterward when I went to put polysporin on all my cuts that I realized just how badly they had cut up my toes (I have a high pain tolerance on my feet because I’m a ballet dancer). When I called to let them know what happened to me the lady was very apologetic and asked me to come back in to put something on the cuticles, but I don’t want the cuts to get infected so I’ll stick with polysporin until they heal. My feet are in such rough shape!

I just had the BEST experience here! The person named Eric took care of my feet today. I have a physical disability and cannot reach my feet in order to achieve a good pedicure. The establishment was clean and the staff were so very friendly and helpful. Thank you so very much. One more AMAZING thing I got a hot stone massage on my feet and legs with the pedicure.... it was incredible! This is my absolute new favourite place.

Love this salon, never had a better experience! Great service, incredibly clean salon, and just all around great people. I look forward to my nail appointments every time I go because it’s so relaxing and always leave with beautiful nails!!
