I had a considerable amount of questions regarding filing of personal US & Canada tax returns; the process for filing each when you are either working in one while living in another, or in the midst of a residency adjustment can be difficult to understand, not to mention stressful; it's important that they are done correctly. I was getting some stress and anxiety about the process and he offered peace of mind. As an accountant, he stands out because of his kind nature, excellent communication skills and years of expertise & knowledge. Not to mention his rates are very affordable compared to others. This year we had Laura (or Lauren) to do our family tax return and she is absolutely HORRIBLE! I have never had this kind of experience anywhere else. She is super rude, impolite, arrogant and disrespect. We have been calling/email more than 10 times just want to know an update of our file since we only got one email from her saying she got all documents. After all that, she disappears! Today finally spoke to her for less than a minute and she sounds extremely angry during the entire conversation and ignored my concerns. I DO NOT recommend anyone of you go to them unless you want to be treated WITHOUT RESPECT!

Gregory was very professional helped me with amending 2017 taxes and was very patiently answering all my questions. But Mark is too hasty, rude and doesn't listen to client what are talking. He is money minded. Wouldn't never recommend Mark for any one.
