Staff is unwilling to answer the most basic of question. Extremely frustrating. If you don't know precisely the name of what you need they won't help you, and you certainly can't look at the merchandise to figure it out for yourself. Industry protectionists. Best selection. Sometimes unavoidable to shop there but avoid if at all possible unless you are a plumber.

Friendly and helpful staff, good location, great stock. All in all one of the better wholesalers in Nanaimo. My only complaints are; it's often very difficult to get through to the order desk on the phone and occasionally have to wait a long time when in person.

Didn't get any help in the showroom looking for a replacement kitchen faucet so decided to head around to the plumbing supply and see what they had for aerators to replace the sprayer head/aerator on my sink. Was hoping to find something similar but .. they didn't even know what I was talking about. They'd never seen anything like I showed them a picture of. No idea of what products exist in their own business. Didn't try to find out what I was going for, did not present any options or alternatives to try and see me walk out satisfied, just stonewalled till I walked out. Useless customer service.

Incredible service, I was in a jamb and with only 15 minutes until closing Kevin put a package together for me, I arrived 2 minutes before closing and everything was ready to go. They saved the day, 15 homes had water that night because of the people that work there. Thanks so much guys definitely my go to store now.

The Bookkeepers/Admin staff at the Nanaimo location have exceptional customer service...I usually deal with Melissa and any questions i have regarding our invoicing/statements and making payments is always a pleasurable experience, they never make me feel i am interrupting their busy day :)

Rude agent at parts desk. I'm not expert at plumbing not even close. Was just explaining what I had and was trying to do. And employee was ignorant and made me feel uncomfortable and incompetent. I will never buy a thing there again and will talk anyone I can out of also buying from that location as well.

I was trying to rerun the pipe and was given unpleasant treatment as the store. Old lady at the parts counter needs to speak properly to the customers, especially “oh this guy again” in front of me. Please be patient as we all have different needs and schedules. It’s your business and reputation to build over the time and you don’t have to be rude.

Loved working with Debra, she took her time to really get to know me as a customer and then was able to help me figure out exactly what I needed to complete my project. I felt more knowledgeable after working with her and was able to find exactly what I needed. I ended up purchasing elsewhere but am eternally grateful for the care and expertise she showed me.
