When you have a place to call your own in Grandview Resort, you are not allowed to have other people stay in your place....whether they be friends or relatives and the owner of the place you were staying in should have told you that. They are not racist at Grandview....it is a lovely park andthere are people of all races that own their own trailers.

As an owner of a unit in another park and a past visitor to your park, it is not a matter that the rules are being enforced because they should but as everything else, it is how they were done. As a legal" visitor I experienced the glaring

Parkridge ruined a great place when they took over the resort. Too much control of personally owened property to the point of use and sale of same. Never again!

Used to be a great family spot... Not so much anymore

We have had the pleasure of staying at the park on two separate occasions, both times were on long weekends when the park is at its busiest. Out stay has always been great. We are looking to get our own place there some day soon.

I dont have a trailer here...im just a visitor. But if I did it would be here. Beautiful beach. Warm salt water pool, 2 playgrounds. Great activities for kids.

I bought at this trailer park and the people are not racist. Visitors are not allowed to stay at the park while the owners are away. This place is very strict with rules. All owners must sign off on the parks rules. So you guys broke the rules

I was excited about staying at my friends cottage. She had invited us up for a couple days to get away from work. Unfortunately she was not able to come up and became ill. However she suggested that we stay as we were on vacation.However the people there were not friendly and treated us like Criminals because we were African Canadians. We were told that the residents pay good money to have peace and quiet and a piece of mind . We were also told that we were not welcome and could not stay. I was thinking about purchasing a cottage but I certainly would not want to be in the presence of racist bigoted small minded people who should be ashamed to call themselves Canadians. Please if you are a visible minority do not even think about purchasing anything from this place or visiting. They will treat you with disrespect and make it a point of degrading you. We basically ran out of there as the scene was starting to look like something out of the kkk. It unbelievable in this day and age that these things are happening especially in Canada.
