South Beach Condos & Lofts

Beautiful condo. The lobby is spacious with great amenities. They have a large gym, with a basket ball and squash court. One indoor pool with two hot tubs. They have a steam room and sauna in both change rooms. They have an outdoor pool and one hot tub. They also have a lounge and a party room that can be booked. There are plenty of dogs in the building, it is a great building for dogs as they also have a a back area for your dog to go. The amenities are shared between both buildings. The underground parking lot is well maintained and there is a lot of visitor and retail parking available. The lobby and front space is kept clean but the indoor pool/hot tubs and steam room does require more cleaning. Great location close to groceries, coffee shops and shopping.Changing review to 1 stars as this condo became a dump. With the new security that tries to enter condo homes illegally ( I was alone and two security guards men used their key to come into my unit saying they were investigating). Not even a cop can do that so these security guards need to start respecting basic rights.Also we have an app called arms that looses packages as I have not received a package since December and they keep saying they are investigating. Also if you book an amenity they will charge your card 100 dollars and not give it back. I’m out 100 dollars since April.Do yourself a favour and find a better condo.

I lived in this complex for a year. It’s a beautiful place with lots of great amenities especially outdoor swimming pool is amazing! Easy access to easy-west Gardiner

Many of the times when Lara drops me and Sam off at my Dad's on every other weekend I looked at the building while my mom is driving.

This condo is amazing. 5 star lobby and facilities. The area is beautiful, you can walk to the lake and enjoy the restaurants and parks . The biggest downside is The management. Uncooperative and rude. They will not help you out

Twin 30-storied luxary condos with joint lobby, Jim, pools and meeting places. Underground parking. Grocery, pharmacy, banks and liquor store nearby

The condo is clean, quiet and has the necessary amenities. It has the humber bay park right behind. It's still a developing area but more stores are opening up

This is the apartment I used to rent, I bought something and mailed it to the wrong address, I found the doorman for help and asked for help to find my package and keep it, I was given a day to help me find my package, I went to get a courier to pick up my package, the doorman even ignored it and didn't look for it, with the excuse that there were too many packages and said he would contact me when he found it, which led to me losing the cost of having the courier pick up my package.

I absolutely love the condo and planning to live here, however I want to ask if small dogs are allowed here? Thanks for whoever responds.

This is literally the best condo to pretty much live in within the whole city of Toronto and it has an outdoor pool, amazing gym and other facilities. It is about 200m from the lake and right beside the highways so you can get around this crowded city as fast as you can. If you still aren't convinced just step into the lobby and that will tell you everything you need to know :)
