Prices are about the same as other pool places in town, but if you watch the sales, you can get some good deals. Staff is still very new so it took quite a while to check out

I successfully installed a new liner this year.I spent a lot of hours researching everything from where and how they were made to who has the best value product.Discounters in Newmarket were great .Ricardo and Jose were fast to respond to my many questions, friendly and went out of their way to ensure customer satisfaction .Dylan was able to coordinate between the store distribution centre and supply chain to ensure my liner was ready when they promised and at a great price.I have already bought a safety cover and will definitely make these guys my go to for all pool supplies.

The store and staff were good and the selection and prices as well.About 1/4 of the winter water bags I purchased had holes in them but that’s not the fault of the store.

The sales people there ate trying to sell you as much chemicals as they can, even though you don’t need all of it. If you new to pools and need their professional advice on how to stabilize your pool, stay away from this place.

I have gone in a few times now as I am a pool newbie. The staff have been very helpful every visit. They have a lot of fun stuff for pools, floaties, games, chemicals and heaters. Happy that this place is so close by and convenient. No complaints.
