I have just had my roof replaced by Reids Residential Roofing and am very pleased. Jeff and his crew are reliable and a pleasure to work with.After some bad experiences with other companies, it is nice to work with a company that meets expectations.

I cannot recommend Jeff (owner) and the team at Reid's Residential Roofing highly enough. I would give them six stars if I could.Our project consisted of a new asphalt shingle roof and aluminum flashing on a 30yr old brick house with some challenges, and it was executed to perfection. The crew was friendly, incredibly tidy and wasted no time getting the job done.During the quoting process Jeff was available to answer every question we had. Explaining the different technology available, at points leaving some money on the table to make sure we didn't waste ours. When the day was over, Jeff, the owner, was still here making sure things were done and cleaned to his standards. Now that's the guy you hire.I would not hesitate for a second to work with Jeff and his team again. If you live and Durham and need a new roof, flashing, gutters or repairs you'd be well advised to have them help you out.

Jeff & his team are amazing! They did a high quality, thorough job & cleaned up impressively when they were done. I highly recommend! They even took the extra step of cleaning out my neighbours dirty, nail filled gutters for me!! Doesn't get much better than this! Would definitely use their services again if needed :)

Jeff Reid (owner) met with us to provide a quote to replace shingles on our 30 year old, 2500 sq. ft. 2 storey house in Whitby and we agreed the work would be performed in May. Due to the storm we didn’t want to hold them to the timeline but they managed to do it anyway and on one of the hottest days of the year. Amazing crew of hard workers. They did a great job with shingle removal and installation as well as cleanup of our property. Our neighbours were also very impressed with the crew and with Jeff. Their son had used them previously and their referral was one reason we selected Reid’s. We were at our cottage when the work was done and arrived home in time for cleanup. Jeff returned a few days later to inspect the work and meet with us to review and ensure we were satisfied. We highly recommend Jeff and his company, Reid’s Residiential Roofing.

Jeff & Reid's Roofing did an amazing job with repairs after a windstorm! Friendly and very informative about roofs and eaves. If something is wrong, Jeff will find and repair it. We have a complex roofing system, and this was no problem for Jeff. When it comes to a roof, experience is very important, and Reid's has it. Thank you so much!!!

I hired Jeff to replace the shingles on both of my properties this year. Over the two months that we spoke over the phone, Jeff was always professional, knowledgeable and honest. He will take the time to explain the different products that he offers and he will guide you with his professional opinion. You never feel like Jeff is being pushy. He is easy to reach, flexible and he offers a wide variety of shingles from different manufacturers. Also, I had him install 3 solar vents and we really notice the difference in temperature upstairs. Some part of my roof were blown away by high wind and rain on March 23, 2022. Jeff came by next day and fixed them perfectly and he also checked the entire roof voluntarily and fixed one missing shingle as well.I would definitely call Jeff again for any roof issues.Thank you Jeff for your attentive and professional manner!

What a great experience dealing with Reid's Residential Roofing, with great communication, competitive pricing and outstanding service. The team had my roof cleaned off and reinstalled within a day, and made sure to communicate and answer all my questions every step of the way. While removing an old roof is a messy processes, they did a great job of cleaning up all the debris. They even went as far as to pause their work when I had to take my dog for a walk (he's scared of loud noises and wasn't a fan of their air-nail guns). They also did the little things, like re-caulking and repainting the flashing. I highly recommend Reid's if you need your roof replaced or repaired.

After a massive storm went through the Durham Region, many roofs required repair. Various companies were going door to door with quotes that were extreme, to exploit the situation.I called Reid's after a referral from a friend and was very pleased with their response. The quote was very fair that I didn't feel the need to try and negotiate it.Although they were very busy, they managed to fit me into the schedule, as they recognized the urgency of patching up a roof with exposed wood.I am capable of repairing the roof, but did not feel comfortable with my slope and height. Reid's did a great job patching the damaged areas, while also slapping some goop down on the shingles that were starting to lift.Very pleased and will use again in the future. (either for more repairs or for my next roof)
