Joe and his team worked with me over eight months to determine the best system size and orientation to produce the most kWh annually that we could achieve. The install was straightforward, with the team working extra time (with no extra costs) to install the whole PV system before they left the house. Joe commissioned the system himself, jumping through all the necessary hoops on our behalf. He made the whole PV installation process easy and straight-forward. He worked with the local utility, the City for the permits, and me with lots of patience and translating all the industry-speak for us.
