Bernie Hensel at Echelon Wealth Partners has been my portfolio manager for 7 years. I am consistently impressed with his results, communication and overall care. His assistant Maureen is also extremely responsive to anything I need.

They were decent at the beginning but over the past few years I hadn't heard from my so-called financial advisor. He's making money off of me as a client by doing nothing. Not impressed. He only contacted me after they sent a satisfaction survey to me and of course I expressed how I felt in it. I had a good sum of money just sitting there in cash and when we spoke he said he would get back to me a few days later to let me know what he thought would be a good idea to invest it in, well two weeks later I still never heard back from him. Also, on the portal there is some other guy's name shown as my advisor and not the person was supposed to be my advisor. I don't even know who this person is as I have never had any communication with him. I asked them about it and they said it was a glitch" in there new system. It was never corrected before I finally essentially fired them as I realized I can do a better job of managing my own investments. Would not recommend this company."
