I had a necklace broke and was told it would be covered so I went in the store to find out it wasn't covered at all. I will not be shopping there anymore no one was helpful at all

Would rather purchase jewelry anywhere but here. Gary seems to be the only one who knows what he’s doing. Between miscommunications from other staff members, poor repair jobs from their site, and lack of phone calls to the client- they just aren’t worth the time.

Friendly staff, also there to help. Great experience.

Bought a ring on December 14th , had it sent out to be resized in Nova Scotia. The sales associate Said it would be 1 week to get it back , guess what haven't got the ring back yet and now it's January 6th and still counting .Will be canceling my order and I'll be going to another jewelry store. Plus been calling the store to checkup on my order and the onky thing they are saying it's not in yet. And their customer service number to call is a waste of time , called it and it said leave a message and one of our customer representatives will get back to you shortly. Still waiting from them to call me back , been over a week now.

I recently visited to have 4 rings sized, was told prices per ring would be $25 a ring for 3 ladies rings and $35 for a gentlemens. They call me to come pick them up, I find out the actual cost is $35 a ring for the ladies rings they then tell me that my gentlemens ring still isn't ready. On inspection 2 of the 3 ladies rings are terribly done with only 33% of the width of the ring where the sizing had been completed. They said they would fix those 2 and call me back. I get called back 3 days later( a week in total time) the ladies rings are done properly this time. but I'm told my gentlemans ring couldn't be sized because of the mounting and needed to be sent away to a specialist in Montreal. I was reluctant to do this (had since found my lifetime warranty for the ring as it was bought at the same store originally) but since there was no cost to me to have the work done I agreed. They then told me this would take 3-4 weeks (even though they told me they use FedEx overnight express shipping). I get a call yesterday to tell me my rings ready. I go pick it up only to find my ring has been damaged whit a large warp/dent on one side (I find this out by my own inspection) they did offer to replace the ring but told me in will take 12 weeks to ship in a new one. I have been left feeling dumbfounded by level of service I have received from this company. There terrible craftsmanship has me regreting ever purchasing something from them to begin with. as I now have no confidence if a problem should ever arise that I will have quality work done. I will be without my beloved ring for 4 months in total (assuming no more issues) will have had to make 5 separate trips to the store. If you are thinking of making a purchase I would advise against patronizing this establishment. Would have rated half a star if possible.

I have shopped in Charm before and the staffs at that time were very friendly and welcoming!went to buy a watch for my mom yesterday only one girl that was serving me was nice the other two staffs were not very welcoming, full of arrogance. I was waiting for my husband to come and help me decide which one to buy then I heard one staff asking the girl that was serving me that if I am buying anything??When I confronted I was told no I heard it wrong.. shopped there anyway but I would think twice or wouldn’t shop
