Excellent and efficient service! The gel mani-pedi I got has lasted much longer than the work I've had from other salons, same with the regular polish that my partner has. They'll also hand paint designs at request, which is such a nice touch. We will be returning for sure!

Got my nails done from Vanessa and I loved them. Very good customer service as well.

Very poor customer service. When i told the nail technician that she was hurting me while filing my nails she started making faces/acting up like a child. She then started talking to her colleague in a different language and was smirking and laughing. Very poor attitude towards customers. Will never come back to this place.

I called for a last minute appointment/walk in and they were luckily able to accommodate me. The nail tech I got was incredible, I wish I got her name so I could ask for her again. Her shaping was perfect, and she knew exactly what to use to get the look I wanted, plus her hand painted flowers are some of the prettiest ive had. Prices were very fair at about 60 for the set + tax.

The first time I went here (recommended by a friend) my nails were honestly sub par. There was smudging, they were thick. However I returned because I truly do believe in giving second chances, especially given that my friend, her mother, and aunties have always had a great experience & online they had great reviews AND during my first appointment, they were really busy and the vibe was fun on Saturday afternoon.My second time there I left really happy with the final result of my nails! I honestly feel my nails are the best design, shape and thickness they have been in a LOOOOONG time!It’s hard to find someone who knows what she’s doing, do it with care AND artistry. I really love the way my nails turned out and I look forward to returning MANY times for more exciting looks.Note the thickness: for me this is perfect because I often break my nails and it’s been 2 weeks since this set was applied and they are long (for me …. I have a very hands on job) and no breaks yet!!*** pleeeeeease don’t judge the growth of my cuticles - it isn’t their fault!!! I took the photos you see over 2 weeks AFTER my nails were initially done. The truth is, my cuticles are delinquent beasts & difficult to control ***Also note: they are reasonably priced! I was not charged an arm and leg for this beautiful service. Also they are kind and funny. They picked up on my cues that I wasn’t feeling like talking to much. I had my AirPods in and they let me relax and not fake conversations. They are casual and cool.3rd note: 4.75 / 5 for cleanliness. Apparently when you become a regular customer they create your own “box” that has all your little tools for filing and cutting cuticles etc etc…. I still have not acquired that level of prestige at this nail salon but given the service I’ve experienced on round 2… I want to get there. I want my own box on the wall behind the nail artists.Okay, to wrap it up, they service is fast, neat and of quality. Most importantly, it is reasonably priced and I would highly recommend trying them. The nail salon down the road called lavender is not worth your coins you guys, just stop at LV. You don’t need to drive further.I had to be honest and disclose the first appointment when I left with less than stellar nails because that’s realistically what happens sometimes… a really great establishment might have a one off. BUT!! That’s why I do my research and rely on reviews such as the one I am honestly writing right now. I’m glad I came back to try their services again. I did tell the lady doing my nails that I wasn’t satisfied with my first experience and she agreed that it was not a job well done. I appreciated that she was not defensive about it and proceeded to do a good job with my new set.Looking forward to my next set!!

I got my nails done here less than 2 weeks ago and I paid over $40 (manicure shallac). Not happy and not going back.

LV nails has never failed me, they always give me the best care and experience. The staff is so nice and friendly and always make me feel welcomed and never rush the service! It is a clean salon with reasonable pricing. I would recommend this salon to my friends and family. ❤️

Jen was my pedicurist and I had another tech do my acrylic fill. She had some chaos to work with as my previous salon did a botch job.. she was quick, and efficient and absolutely amazing with quality work! I was so happy to be here. As a person with chronic illness and mobility challenges, Jen made sure I didn’t need extra help with my shoes and she helped with my pant legs and didn’t make me feel awkward in any way. She kindly checked on me and it meant a lot! I’m so so happy with the nails and toes I received here and I will be back over and over again for work like this!

Love this place. Helen does an amazing job , super friendly and the spa is kept so clean. They follow the Alberta health guidelines put in place for COVID and you just feel at ease. Social distancing is followed , sanitizers at every station , chairs are sprayed down with alcohol between each client. It’s always a treat to visit, very welcoming atmosphere!

Was getting my shellac nail polish remover from my toes and they lady kept cutting me with her tool (literally happened 4 times in 2 minutes) and she didnt even apologized. It was nice that they got me in without an appointment. She wasn’t gentle at all. Even when she was filing my nail. It hurt and it’s not supposed to. I’ve gotten my nails done many times. I heard many good things about this place. If u do go here don’t go to the lady with a bob cut and bangs (she has like a couple silver bracelets on one hand and a gold looking bracelet on the other). I’m so annoyed
