I've worked @ big freight off and on over the years. With the patch being so up and down they have let me come and go. I plan on staying.. lots of miles. Great dispatch always gets me home. I strongly recommend them. If you like to run hard this is the place to be. Thanks big freight you guys never let me down.

Just watched one of their drivers run someone off the road in Bellingham.

I had real bad experience today 30/12/20 with Bigfreight driver, very unprofessional. He came out from dugald rd onto perimeter and I didn't see no truck till I got to a red light at st Mary's rd I saw there was something parked then I saw that was a truck with tail lights covered with snow, nothing to see and he came out of they're yard. And I tried to call him/her on cb radio, no answer and I flashed lots with lights but bit noooo he/her never stopped, drove all the way to Pembina . I'm a truck driver too but stuff like this should never ever happen, it can cause a big accident but then they just blame it on who rear-end but this was his laziness and very unprofessional . It was a daycab with a container trailer on

Badly organized! No signage on where to go, phone number goes to a voice mail, paperwork is non existent. If you have to load here, expect to wait

Wonderful staff no issues with communication. Great equipment only downfall was swapping out trailers no dedicated trailers. Which caused delays searching for useable tarps, straps and chains etc.

Again another one of these places you hear bad things about but myself really good experience, very friendly and quick to load,thank you

Terrible company to work for, stay awayLie about home time commitments,Unless it's changed, the statements were so convoluted and complex, you had to really watch to make sure they actually paid you. They were ALWAYS short.Made promises they had no intentions to keep, not just miscommunication " between the office.Still owe me money."

Very frustrating. Phoned numerous times to get a load quote. I just get automatically sent to the receptionist answer machine and since I don't know the people that work there I can t put in the last or first three letters to connect with someone directly. Very nice way to lose potential customers.
