Really nice environment and was able to replicate what I wanted from pictures! There are extra fees with specific colours - but otherwise pretty great pricing too!

The best nail salon I have been going for a few years. Finally they just open a new location closer to Vancouver (at Richmond Bridgeport). Can’t wait to get my manicure and pedicure done ✅

The staff was lovely however after I returned home and had a good look the job was just ok … it wasn’t quite what I wanted and the cost was expensive for what I received I was a little shocked at the extras … it was $168 .45 with a tip …I get my nails done quite regularly and this is the most it’s ever cost… my fault I suppose I should have checked before

Favorite manicure in Richmond. Hard gel manicure has helped my nails grow and stay long! Really nice spa environment.

$25 for gel removal which made the nail surface very rough. Ugly nail shape and 2 minutes hand massage cost another $25. Had to polish the nail in another salon again.

The staff at ShiNail Oro Nail Salon are attentive and great at what they do. The salon is very clean, hygienic and the atmosphere is quiet and relaxing. I gave it a 4 stars because of the parking lot is tight on space and you have to pay for parking. I enjoy going to the other ShiNail location on Saba road for pedicures because the pods are more comfortable and they offer free parking for customers if you register your license plates with the receptionist. However, I will come back to ShiNail Oro for my manicures as Michelle, Eva and Lisa are all Excellent!

I been a regular since they owned this year. This is absolutely the best nail spa in Richmond, BC. They provide excellent service and staff are very welcoming and friendly. I would definitely recommend if you want to be able to enjoy a relaxing experience. My favorite thing about this nail salon that it’s quiet and you have that total zen spa feeling. Also, thanks to Ilan who always makes me feel like a guest there!
