I got my nails done on Thursday and that same night 3 of my nails chipped and then they couldn't fix it till sunday at 12, so I went and she fixed them and I went for lunch in the mall and chipped a nail so I went straight back and they said you can come back at 3:30 to fix it, so I said no I need it fixed now I had company coming for thanksgiving supper so I sat at her desk and did my nail myself. By the time I got home it chipped again and so did 2 more. Next morning one popped off and so I fixed them at home and right now I'm leaving a dinner my thumb just popped off. As well 3 of my nails turned yellow like I have nail fungus so I definitely do not recommend this company. Another thing they charge almost 70$ for a refill which is crazy so I found someone else that lots of people recommended for me and she charges regular refill prices. When you get your nails done you don't want to have to wait 3-4days to get it filled. I only went 4 times and my nails are yellow and I need to fix them myself anyway. And last thing I sat in her chair from 2:20 till 5, that's crazy.A very dissapointed ex-customer

I had got my nails done at this place with my friend Madison and it was outstanding! We got an appointment right away and we sat beside each other, we got the more expensive manicure but it was worth every cent. We got to pick a color we liked I got a coral sparkly pink and my friend got a purple-ish nude color and they shaped your nails, pushed your cuticles down, buffed and shined, base coat, dry, 2 polish coats, dry, top coat and more! They even brought us water during the experience and they turned out both really nice.

I went here Thursday for an eyebrow waxing and hair diagnostic, and again Saturday for a haircut and treatment. I forget the name of the lady who waxed my eyebrows (sorry!) but she did a really great job. I haven't had my eyebrows down in 10 years, and while it hurt just as much as I remember, the results were great, I'm very happy with how they look. Saly fixed my haircut (was cut for straight hair but mine is very curly) without taking off too much length and switched me from my normal shampoos to a cleansing cream, which I really love. Very personable and knowledgeable, and they offer a TON of different services. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Went there today to get acrylic nail refill and a nail replacement after only 2 weeks of having my nails done. They charged me more than the first time I was there to get my new acrylic nails. Asked the cashier why the price was higher this time. She told me that it was because it was a DESIGNER nail refill. Have the exact same thing done on my nails than the last two times. You just lost a customer. I don't like being ripped off like that.

Worst manicure experience I've ever had. I made an appointment earlier in the week, so they knew we were coming, they still acted like it was a huge inconvenience that we were there. The guy doing my friends nails was rude, kept interrupting us to change the subject because we were boring him, and at one point just straight up insulted us. He filed her nails, put one coat on, and got up and left. It took less than 15 minutes and she then had to wait there for me. My girl was a better and very friendly but the whole experience was just awful thanks to him. Save yourself the trouble, spend a few extra dollars and get a decent manicure with a hand massage or something.

Went to get my nails done for the first time, Julie was awesome!! Love my nails!! :)My son had his hair cut by Maggie while I was getting my nails done, just Wow! He's so cute!Will definitely go there again!Good job!

Since the management changed it has been great. Maggie cut my hair and I actually felt beautiful. Julie did my nails and they were perfect and the colour was epic ! Great atmosphere, good products . This place has really turned around for the better! Go check it out people you won't be disappointed. :)

I went into the salon after it having new owners and WOW! Amazing. I had my makeup done by Hope and they were perfect. My nails done by Julie and waxing from Melissa!! Definitely reccomend all these ladies and will be back!

The worst. The lady there I think she’s the wife to the owner of the place she’s so full of her self. I told them what I wanted she asked if it was French tips I said no it’s acrylic and she said it’s $55. After getting my nails done they say it’s $70 because it was a designed nail. The only thing I got was acrylic and a pink polish, what’s the designs included? Worst place ever ESPECIALLY that girl. Never going back and don’t recommend anyone to. She treats you like she’s the boss of you. STUPID.

Although I have never heard anything good about Glamour Secrets, it is one of two places that offers eyebrow threading. So I made an apt for 5:30 on a Saturday. I arrived early (5:15) so I understandably waited, and then 5:40 rolls around and no one has said anything to me, I wasn't sure which girl did the threading as she's the only who can do it. I asked the girl at the front how much longer it would be and she says I was just about to check" and walks over to someone getting their nails done has a quick conversation and comes back to me with someone I'm assuming is the manager and proceed to tell me that "she's tied up at the moment and it shouldn't be much longer". I can see who they spoke to and that she is "tied up" getting her nails done which should be done in her personal time. I also saw her arrive after I got there so it wasn't as if it was taking longer than normal. On top of this
