Unable to repair swimming pool for more than 6 months or May be more who knows. See the email below and support you can expect from “principal and CEO” of this property management.“”Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I looked into this issue very carefully and below is our clarification.The problem with the pool is the Dectron unit and poor ventilation. More specifically, the Dectron unit in the swimming pool stopped working and needed a part replacement. We hired an engineering company for the completion of this job. Boards from both buildings (as this pool is shared between two buildings) decided to fix this issue permanently. This included replacement of the Dectron unit and better ventilation. Please note that there has to be certain steps in place as per the Condominium industry requirements: approval of the project, selection of an engineering company and approval by both boards, engineer's investigation, scope of work presented by engineers, approval of the scope of work by directors, tender process, selection of the bidders, project commencement and etc.Currently, we are waiting for the engineers to prepare a scope of work. Once the scope of work is completed we will have a better understanding of the time frame. This job is very extensive and requires time.I have spoken to the Sr. Property Manager regarding this matter and he had confirmed that he made every effort to start the swimming pool with portable equipment. He is still coordinating with our HVAC provider to rent the heavy equipment. However this does not seem possible. We are satisfied that all the required procedures are in place and that the work is being done efficiently and as required.””
