I've ordered numerous things before from them. They have a good selection of materials, etc in stock. They are quite expensive for some items. I phoned to see if they had some products in stock which they did. The guy told me the price over the phone and when I showed up to purchase, the price increased because I don't have an account". The guy gave me the account price and not the autobody shop price. They do make good exact match paints and have painted a motorcycle

Terrible customer service from the old guy. Talked down to me like I was dumb, and told me they closed it 20 min, and couldn't be bothered to sell me what I was requesting.

Made a paint order and the paint was never even mixed. Man on the phone was very rude and seemed like he didn’t want to do it for me in the first place. Gave them my credit card and all and no feedback on anything until I went to pick it up to find it wasn’t even mixed. This is not the first rude encounter I’ve had either. Everytime I call the paint department, the customer service is just terrible.
