They were very helpful I got to see the type of Windows I'm getting installed in my house only problem is they're only open till 4:30 Monday to Friday so I had to take time off work to go look at the windows. I suggested to them they should have at least one night a week that they're open later.

Despite some of the negative feedback, every business, company, organization or corporation always has short falls. No one is perfect. I really enjoyed working here. Great team to work with as we provided timely, professional service and advice. Darren is an awesome manager, hands down. He's on top of everything and will do most almost anything in his control for Gentek customers and contractors alike. One of the best managers I've had the pleasure to work with and for. Well managed branch.

Currently in legal battle with them for not holding up their garentee or warranty was late on delivery and wrong windows delivered. Overall go with any other company their window hardware is no good cheep and cuts ur hand when u close the window lock ....
