Day & Ross

Paid about 150$ for shipping, missed one call from them after the item was already out for delivery and they returned the item to their wharehouse saying I refused the delivery. Was never advised or shown on their website to expect a call from them. Unable to deliver it before the week after. Customer service unable to do anything. Very unsatisfied

Like everyone else, delivery companies are hit and miss, but this one. This one has given me the worst possible service! Delivery day, I was home but yet apparently they tried to deliver and no one was home, bull, the phone never rang, there was no sorry we missed you note, nothing! That was on June 15. After phone calls and email, today I check the tracking ( I checked about 5 times per day, everyday) and it now says delivered. Well where is it? The map is definitely not even on my street! So once again, I call and once again someone will call me. Run Around!!!I never leave bad reviews as I understand that sometimes we don't always know what is going on but this is ridiculous.

Ordered a Gazebo from Walmart that was delayed. Contacted D&R customer service, they tracked it down and got it to me the next day. Delivery driver even helped load it on my truck.

Very helpful people there. Enjoyed talking to a few workers there, had a good laugh.

Professional buisness establishment, customer friendly and has an awesome group of staff. I would recommend their services to anyone.

I can not say enough about the Moncton Day & Ross. They had a challenging delivery to make to our property and they were amazing. Even the smaller deliveries they have made are done in a professional manner but with a great personal touch. GREAT communication, items arrived in perfect condition, every employee we have dealt with has been super nice and always helpful. I wish everything could be delivered by these guys out of Moncton! WOW! Keep up the good work.

Poor customer service skills by a team lead in customer service named Treena or Trisha. Could barely hear her due to her VOIP connection.Unapologetic that someone in Moncton directed my package to Winnipeg instead of Southwest Ontario.My customer is left unable to work due to lack of care and incompetence on this companies behalf.

I have tried for several hours to get someone in customer service. Must not want to do business! Once my business is concluded with them, I hope I never have to try to work with Day and Ross again.

Very very helpful customer service with honesty. Greatly appreciated.
