Nav is such a sweetheart! She is so approachable, made me feel so comfortable for every appointment I’ve been to (this would be my third full body laser session with Nav). So punctual, knowledgeable and reliable. I 10/10 recommend Sapphira Laser to anyone and everyone !

I purchased the full body package and recently had my first session with Navjot. She was so welcoming and lovely to begin with. She has thorough protocols for clients; consultations for eligibility, documentation, etc. She is highly professional and goes out of her way to ensure her clients are comfortable during the session. I had an amazing time at sapphira and the studio itself is beautiful! Currently she also has a promotion going on where clients can have their favourite Starbucks drink during their full body session + a Starbucks gift card!
