I had the most extraordinary experience at David’s Bridal when I went to source a wedding gown with my friend Tish. Aimee was our attendant and this lady was truly the reason why we made the choices we did in every aspect.I told her that she “sold “ the shop and I truly believe that.She was timely, knowledgeable, keen, and a true expert at what she does indeed. She has an eye for detail and she knew exactly what we asked for ;how to get it and was eager to make us feel satisfied and indeed we were.We even added items to our purchase as we were so relaxed and could think clearly with her help.I could see her heart in the way she did her job and I admired that. We were in that shop for hours and not once did she frowned nor acted as if she wanted out. In fact we laughed all the way and she really made my friend felt “Special”If I were to get married again I certainly would not think twice re-the place to shop for my bridal attire and that would be because of the exquisite service received from Aimee.Thank You againPlease continue to be selfless and deliberate and Never stop shining.Jasmine

We came in to get a prom dress today and were met with amazing customer service, smiling faces, and an experienced, lovely stylist, Sabrina! We tried on a few dresses and she was quick to find alternatives and different sizes. She gave us very valuable tips and was did the best she could to accommodate my requests! Thank you to the team at David’s Bridal, and especially Sabrina :) Now I feel like I’m going to be the prettiest girl at prom!!! Lovely store, everything laid out well, but confusing with the sizing but got the hang it of it, lovely changing rooms. Overall a wonderful experience!!!

What a shower this company is. Not surprised it is in administration. Best Bridal Shop in Watford" is their tag line. Not in our experience. Dress bought for £1200 and when it came to alterations we were told they would cost over £700............ Very Long story short they attempted alterations and they have ruined the dress. Manageress will not deal with us and said that's all they can do alterations have ceased. Customer service is non existent and we are left with a bride who has a ruined dress with a week to go before her wedding. No stars review but you cannot post without a star. Absolutely appalling company. My advice stay well clear. Very badly let down. All gloss and no substance."

Today I got my dress from David's Bridal Watford and Kali was my stylist. The whole experience was lovely, I was able to look around at the dresses on the shopfloor and pick a few to try on. Kali was available but not overwhelming, she found for me a dress I have seen online and I was looking for although not my size. She helped trying on the one" and a couple more and

I had the most amazing time trying on dresses! The girls were utterly amazing and many thanks to both Kyla my stylist who helped me choose the one and to the lovely seamstress who will be doing the alterations! Thank you so much for all the help! And another thanks to Amie the manager there for being so kind! Highly recommend going to this store!

Had a lovely time finding a wedding dress in this store. There were so many options and the store was huge, beautiful and clean. Georgia who assisted me was brilliant. She took the time and effort to cater to my style from head to toe. She helped me envision what I would look like on my wedding day. Their branch manager was very helpful too. They help women find a dress with no pressure of having to purchase it right then and there with no fees to book your appointment. Couldn’t ask for more.

I had an appointment today at David’s Bridal in Watford. I was looked after by the amazing Georgia, she was attentive, listened to all my opinions and was so so lovely. She helped me find my dream dress and all the accessories I need. She is so lovely, and really made the whole experience one to remember. Every bride to be needs a Georgia! Thank you so much.

Immaculate customer services from start to finish. David’s bridal was very easy to book an appointment online and doesn’t require a deposit like other boutiques.As we arrived there was a funny mix up as there were 2 brides called Katia at the same time of one another - that was rather amusing (what are the odds?).My stylist Sabrina was the kindest, friendliest most welcoming stylist I’ve come across having shopped in 3 other high end designer boutiques across London. She talked me through the process and understood my style down to a gem. She prepped the right shoes and veils to try on with the 3 different dresses I had picked.She knew I was drawn to 1 particular dress so she left the best till last to try. She helped me get fitted into the dresses and was on hand to grab additional accessories I requested to try with the dress such as a belt and veil. When we got to the final dress, I knew it was the one! I SAID YES TO THE DRESS! Once the moment happened, Sabrina then told me about the tradition they have where I have to take the bell, close my eyes and make a wish for me & my fiancé and ring the bell once I’ve made the wish in celebration of the dress. It instantly made me cry because it was so very personal and we’ve been through a lot recently so to be able to make a positive wish for us as a couple really hit differently.Sabrina’s store manager & one of her colleague ?Daniella I think her name was? Were also so helpful to us and came round to speak to us and see if we were okay and help out with fittings etc when needed.Prices are very reasonable at this boutique and the quality is great. Lots of dresses, veils, shoes & accessories to choose from to cater for all styles/taste.Overall, I have had the most amazing experience and I am so happy that I’ve found my dress finally! Sabrina, thank you for helping me with my journey and being the kindest most helpful stylist I’ve come across through my bridal experience. I would recommend this shop & stylist to anyone starting their bridal journey.

Excellent service at David Bridal both in store and when ordering over the phone. Gina was so friendly and helpful during my last appointment when I was there trying on bridesmaid dresses for two different weddings. She was so helpful at pulling out all the options available in the colours I was looking for, and had excellent advice for the different fits and styles of the dresses. Thank you for all your help Gina, and thank you to the lovely lady who made it so easy to order all the bridesmaid dresses over the phone (I'm so sorry I didn't ask for your name at the end).
