Got a flat tire 200Km from home, popped into the Canadian tire at 4.15 on a Friday afternoon in Digby and they replaced my tire there and then. Excellent service, pleasant staff. To be commended.

I wish I didn't feel the need to write this. Digby Canadian Tire has consistently let me as a customer down. For the 4th time just this year, I have ordered or come in to purchase something that their website marked as being in stock only to be told on the day that I need it that they don't actually have that item in stock. I check the website because I have to drive a considerable distance in order to get to the store. They have never offered a solution, aside from telling me to try another store. lf it only happened once or twice, I wouldn't be writing this review. It happens consistently, and my customer service experience is rarely helpful.

Being a Sunday, everyone was busy busy busy, we came to buy a lawn set,the one that was on sale in the flyer. The young lady that served us she was very nice polite and had a lovely smile.As my husband went to get the car the young lady called for assistance to bring the set out,after she served the customer in the isle she said I will be right back, she came back in five minutes, she said I can do it everyone seems to be busy or on lunch, she help my husband with the big box I was not able to help it was to big for me.It was to big to put in the car so she helped unpack it from the big box, we didn't get her name but on the receipt her anisheals are, AH .That you so very much, AH .

One of the great stores where you can walk in without a mask and be supported as everyone has came to the conclusion basic masks do not help enough to reduce the spread of viruses. Thank you for being so progressive and non discriminatory xoxox

I can't say enought about the customer service and knowledge of the staff at this location. I have made a number of expensive purchases with great confidence. What a well managed store!

Store can get crowded. They're expanding / remodelling now. Sometimes staff can seem a bit grouchy or snappy with you. Online orders could be better as the app will tell me it's ready when it's not and staff will act like it's my fault for coming early.

One of the laziest staff I ever seen at a Canadian tire. They never follow up on promises. Happens almost every time. Looking for particular item, same answer, inventory is wrong, we don't have in stock. Our other store has item, we will bring in overnight, never got a call back happened 4 times. Management doesn't care.
