Really dissapointed with the lack of value of Customer Satisfaction!! After being a loyal customer at this branch for a year, I couldn't believe how the manager simply did not care that a customer was not happy. When asked about the sudden surge in sweetness of a particular drink after having had the same drink for almost a year, I was simply told nothing has changed". When asked if they can try and balance the sweetness somehow to its original taste

The staffs are very nice. Fair price. They made the drink really fast

Amazing place! I ordered a pearl milk tea, regular sugar and no ice. Amazing service clean place, also smells very nice. The place is a little small but the inside is a very nice place. Overall impressed with good service!

Went in to get my order. Drinks already in a bag, on the counter. Lady did not acknowledge me even though I was standing right next to pick up. 3 people who came into the store after me put their orders in and got their drinks. Finally had to get a guy to help me, and he was nice. Seems to be a trend stating poor customer service at this location.

My nephew was participating in a promotional activity at the store. He required a certain number of stamps to participate. One day he forgot his promotion card. The staff did not even ask if he had a card to stamp. He had a 50% off promotion. So he ended up paying full price. He returned the next day with a receipt to ask for a stamp and the staff refuses his request. He did not even want to get 50% off he just wanted the opportunity to participate in the promotional activity. I feel that the staff could have been more accommodating and understanding as he had many other stamps already. I feel this is not good customer service and does not foster good relations with young patrons.

I visited CoCo for the first time with my kids recently. We were excited to go and support a local business and check out a new bbt joint in our area.While we were making our order, I asked the female staff member if they had different milk options because I am lactose-intolerant. She said no and rudely mentioned that I should read the menu options. We did end up getting 2 drinks that day (1 bbt, 1 smoothie). The service was not quick and the drinks were not upto expectation.If you are looking for better drink options in the area, I would suggest the Booster Juice within the same area, or the Chatime in Downtown Markham which is also very close by. Taste, variety, milk/allergy/lactose options, and service at both of these places are far better with the same cost. I don't think I'll be going back to CoCo anytime soon.

Poor customer service at this location. They placed my order incorrectly. Therefore making the incorrect drink. Upon receiving the drink I indicated I ordered the milk tea option .. not the milk option. They proceeded to say it’s too late and that I’d have to pay for a new drink in order to get the drink I actually ordered to begin with. I’m very reasonable and understand how there could’ve been miscommunication and they may not have heard me correctly. But they did not care to fix this error. Why should I have to pay for an additional drink when it was their mistake to begin with. Then they proceeded to speak in Mandarin instead of English so who knows what they were saying.. they could have been talking smack for all I know. I guess it’s my fault for not double checking the order before paying.. but I shouldn’t have to micromanage their workers to ensure that they are doing their jobs correctly.So now I’m stuck with a drink I don’t want.. wasted my money. There’s no way I’m going to give them any more money after them being so unapologetic. They tried to convince me that this incorrect drink is so good and that they love it so much. Then they could’ve drank it and made me a new one if they loved it so much. Most places would make me the correct drink or at least give me some sort of discount for the mistake.Will not come back to this location ever again.

Drinks are pretty good.Service is usually fine. There may be occasion that it's just okay.If you have the App to collect loyalty rewards, remember to mention it as their staff will not take the initiative to ask you.
