Very unprofessional service. I parked there for 31 minutes(12:59pm to 1:30 pm) and they charged me for 1 hour and 30 minutes, the parking attendant kept saying that the 1 minute before 1pm counts as 1 hour plus the 30 minutes i was there for.No stars rating!!!

The parking lot attendant told me in advance when the building and the garage close. He also asked where I was going and gave directions on how to get there without me asking. Cost $15 for the day. Very close to the Archives. I'll be back tomorrow.
