Friendly service, selection is decent unless you are in the market for something odd or out of the ordinary, good pricing (every bit as good as some other work wear places that might come to mind!).... and best if all, they are in my neighborhood.... so what's not to like? I've bought several pairs of safety boots there over the past few years and am planning to get a pair of shoes there very soon. Certainly worth a look!

Excellent service and selection

I needed a par of work boots right away as I was going to site. Called them to explained the situation and told them where I was staying (in quarantine) in Holyrood, they said no problem Purolator will deliver the next day. Bought the item, turns out Purolator didn't deliver even though my location was only 15 minutes from the store. Many phone calls to Purolator later, found out they won't deliver it to a pick up spot until long after I leave for site. Basically sold me something I can't use. Not sure why they don't do curb side pick ups or just straight up say you will likely not get it in time, frustrating is an understatement. I'm sure they're great if you want to shop in person but would NOT recommend ordering online or on the phone.

Closes before 5pm, tho Google says 5pm. Drove from Carbonear to CBS to buy boots. Doors already locked at 5 minutes before close.
