I have been going to Pindrop for 5 years now. I am very impressed by the way they answer all my questions and concerns. The Dr. and Karen are always very friendly and helpful.I recommend them to anyone who has any kind of hearing problems

Went to Pindrop for my first set of hearing aids. They had oticon in ear hearing aids. I thought Karen the front desk admin was fantastic but their products fall short. My hearing aids always needed sent back, I’m a super user and have 50% loss. Sometimes they couldn’t provide me with loaners which was horrible because I couldn’t really cope without them. They have good customer service but the products were absolute garbage especially since you spend so much money!. I had to send them in multiple times a year. I paid half at Costco and haven’t had a single issue. Wouldn’t recommend based off this experience sadly.

Great place to go for a hearing test & hearing aids. David PattersonDoctor of Audiology/Owner, is no-nonsense and takes the time to explain everything before the test, the results and the best way of dealing with your hearing loss. No pressure whatsoever in having to buy on the spot, and once you have purchase the hearing aids, there are follow-up visits to ensure you are satisfied. I highly recommend!!

I took my daughter to Pindrop Hearing in Avenida because it was highly recommended. Dr. Patterson and the staff were very friendly, knowledgeable, and reliable. They explained how custom made ear molds would assist her in cutting out noise and distractions and likely assist her effectively in getting to sleep as she started her years at university in a dorm situation. The molds were ready in a very timely fashion and again the staff assisted her in placing them in properly so she was comfortable in their use. She even called back a couple of times to make sure she was fitting them properly. I have since recommended Avenida Pindrop Hearing location to others including my husband who has been there as well.

These guys are great, they helped me sort out my new hearing aid. Much smaller and sleek then they used to be, my wife says my I can finally hear her now, might be time to take it out again! But go check this place out you won't be disappointed.

Doctor who I saw was outstanding! Highly recommend.

We first came to Pindrop about a year and a half ago. Our son was 6 at the time and was needing hearing aids. I was incredibly emotional about it, finding out he couldn't hear us was a tremendous emotional bomb. David was absolutely incredible. He was sweet, understanding, handed me a kleenex and was just super encouraging. My son was never afraid or overwhelmed, and the look on his face when David turned his hearing aids on was priceless! We love this clinic!

These people. David and Karen are so professional and personable. Office clean, service is awesome, and I have been a very happy patient for 6+ years. Hopefully many more. You feel like family and your needs are respected as well as your pocket book. Keep up the great work.
