A total ripoff! On the phone, I was told it was $90 to come and survey my fridge to check what's wrong with it (it wasn't making ice for the door dispenser).When Ernie came, he checked and switch some stuff on and off the back , and it worked. It took him about 30 minutes or so (could have been way quicker if he had stop talking and giving me 101 advice on how to remodify my kitchen!) . At the end of it, I was charged almost $200! No new parts were needed, I was simply paying for him time. So basically $90 was just for his petrol and him to enter the freaking door.This is the last company I would ever call. I would give it a zero if I could !

Service was prompt, warm & friendly. I could tell that Ernie really wanted to help me out with getting my fridge working again; he told me up front how much the service call was, as well as how much labour & parts would be prior to continuing with the work once he diagnosed the issue. Apex is a family-run business, with extremely personal service. My fridge was working in no time & everyone was happy! I would definitely recommend Apex to anyone needing an appliance fixed.

Guy showed up took his sweet time and suggested we keep replacing parts until problem solved. Absolutely brilliant. Then he charges us $140. Turns out free estimate is only over the phone.

The job was done but Ernie is a slow thinker and slow worker. Likes to talk social and charges big dollars for every second in your house.
