Honestly went into this business hoping to get my hair done, and left the place very dissatisfied with a number of reasons. Terrible customer service from the hairstylist her self that I was booked with (Hannah). I’m glad I walked out before she had a chance to even cut my hair. I would never recommend this location to anyone.

Would not recommend chatters Sherwood park. I went there yesterday to Sandy and she botched my undercut hard core. When I went to get it fixed, the new stylist made excuses saying Sandy isn’t used to undercuts. If I ask for something you can’t do, say instead of messing someone’s hair up! I have to pay to get it redone (for the second time) with someone else now and it won’t be what I had wanted.

I strongly recommend Chatters in the Sherwood Mall. My stylist is Michelle and she is so amazing. She always cuts and styles my hair exactly as I ask. (She also gives me other suggestions and she is always on point!) Thank you so much Michele. I have found my forever stylist ❤️

CARLIE V IS THE LOML. Her cuts & colour make me almost tip the line of our customer-hairdresser relationship. She’s the best for things you thought were impossible, especially if you have hair as dark as a winters night and you want to go blonde?????!!!! She won’t look at you like you’re crazy. The BEST.

I came in looking for new hair products for my crazy wavy/curly hair. I had amazing customer service from Kaden, he helped me find the perfect products for my hair and in my price range. He was so helpful and knowledgeable in the products, I really appreciated him! My hair also feels amazing now!
