Phone service is cheap but you pay the price in terms of the quality of the service. Absolutely terrible!!! If you gotta call them for any reason to fix an issue forget about talking to a person. You try to call them and you get the digital rep" that says "eighty percent of customers don't need to talk to a person" well I'm not that eighty percent! Then it hangs up on you. And it's not just that there are several other things I could rant about but that would take me all day. Would not recommend koodo to anyone and I'm switching."

I ordered a SIM card through Koodo on Nov 21. Was told that it’d arrive within 10 days. It has yet to arrive, however I am being charged for the plan. Furthermore, the only way to get in contact with Koodo seems to be to ask for a callback through their chat bot, however when I do this it tells me that theres nobody available (I have tried this for the past 3 days at several different times of day). These practices are either illegal or should be be.

Great service. The person who helped me (Andrew P) was very patient with my many questions, seemed well informed and overall made a process I dislike much easier. He took the time to outline several options, was able to answer all of my questions and took the time to ask me questions to help me find a plan and phone that better served my needs.

Was sold a faulty phone and getting an exchange for the phone is impossible. 1/10 customer service. I’d put it in higher numbers but I’m surprised these guys can’t count past 5. Very unlikely to visit again.

Andrew the sales/customer service representative at the Avalon Mall St.John's NL location was professional, patient, informative and extremely helpful at finding the best solution for me to replace my phone.
