Tough ordeal to find an honest mechanic but fortunate to come across these folks! They serviced our cars from Sep 2022 but had the same issue come up again this spring. Brought it back and with one of our cars, they repaired it at no addtl cost. They are the friendliest people & they explain in detail the needed repair. Highly recommend!

I have using this mechanic since he opened in 1980 and I couldn't find anybody more trustful and honest.Alex and his team are knowledgeable and keep up-to-date with new technology.I highly recommend him.Definitely a 5 stars.

air conditioner was blowing hot air. turned out encore needed a recharge and new rad fan with thermostat. work was completed in a timely manor, very friendly service. i will return with other work when needed.

I was on route to Toronto, when my engine started smoking. I pulled off into London, checked and saw the coolant pipe was leaking. While driving in search of a service garage, I came across McEwan-Hartley Service. Upon pulling in, they were immediate to respond and confirmed it was the coolant pipes leaking. They ordered the part under urgency and did an amazing job with the repair, all of this in under an hour!My saviors on route! They close at 3pm on a Friday. Despite pulling into their lot at 2pm, they took me in no problem.Great service and price, very friendly, honest and helpful! I highly recommend this shop to anyone.
