Calling them up to ask, they already pulled one out and started packing it up while on the phone! After going through their website checkout, an email confirmation of shipping appeared in my email! It arrived today the 23rd, with time to open it and wrap it up! Amazing service going above and beyond! The shield is gorgeous! Highly recommend! This type of service is almost like Lost Art"

I ordered a Zelda Sword for my Son from Midieval Depot, and arrived the other day. Unpacking it, I was amazed at the quality of this sword, so much so, I want one for myself!Speaking to a gentleman (didn't catch his name) in the store, I also ordered a Shield to go with the sword, and they are trying their best to have it arrive in 2 to 3 days. They are very helpful, great people, and amazing quality! Highly recommend and will be shopping there again!

Great location and Amir was very knowledgeable. He also took the sword out of the shipping box so we could see the condition of the blade before purchasing. prices were also very fair. I will definitely be back!

It was a really nice place to look around and see all the cool gaming and anime and pop culture weapons he gave me a good deal and was so friendly and a genuine awesome person to talk too was very kind and respectful and fast.

Was very disappointed- I order Geralt’s steel sword and received the wish version. Was between this site and another, however, Medieval Depot offered 15% off and free shipping so seemed like an easy choice. When the sword came in, there was no detail and really was an awful product that I wouldn’t even pay $20 let alone $200.The only saving grace from this whole experience is customer service didn’t put up much of a fuss on the return. I still haven’t completed the return process so who knows but even there, I asked for help to arrange the pickup and they just told me to settle with UPS. Shout out to UPS though for waiving the pickup fee that I really shouldn’t have had to pay anyways.Anyways, would highly recommend against Medieval Depot but if you are interested in alternatives - Fire and Steel, I ordered the Witcher silver sword from them and they impressed. Only issue is shipping I believe was paid but I’d rather rather pay the shipping and get what I ordered lolUpdate:Return went well with money back - can see comment from medieval depot on the review and as much as it was a mistake that could be a one time occurrence, unfortunately site wasn’t advertised accordingly when I made my order. 2 stars reasonable but customer service was rather decent so could be more like 2.5 to 3 stars based on my experience

Coming back for a bokken soon. Fantastic place with so much cool stuff. From foam cosplay to actual edged weapons. Every genre of historical recreationism, science fiction and anime recreated in detail. Throwing knives, samurai swords all the way through batarangs and the gladius I even saw a batleth Klingon thing. They also seem to have armour, mail and plate. It all looks fantastic. Had a great time checking it out. But something awesome for that nerd in your life.

Still a 5 star in my books I just wanted to say more. I went to the physical store and had an amazing time picking out my sword cane. Then I ordered a hunting knife online it's amazing now I have a security Baton on the way that I ordered online. This place can't be beat.. Amer Bhatti is the best!

Ordered the Divine Roman Empire Historical Short Sword late on a Friday night - they got the order shipped out by Monday before noon. Extremely fast and amazing service, love the product it's stunning!If you are local/near Mississauga this store is a great choice.
