If i can give a 0 I would. Extremely unprofessional and rude staff. Called on the phone to ask about transferring a prescription to a different pharmacy-man on the phone spoke to me in a condensing manner and acted like I was wasting his time. Are you mad that your losing a customer ? GOOD. Never been treated like this as a client/patient. Didn’t even allow me to explain my situation. This is a PHARMACY. Treat your clients with respect and answer questions appropriately as that’s your legal responsibility. Wouldn’t recommend going to this sketchy small pharmacy. There are way better pharmacy’s specifically linked with Loblaws. Will continue to tell people TO NOT GO HERE AT ALL .

Wrong times on Google. I arrived at 6:05 and they are closed. The sign states closing time at 5 pm. You need to correct your information on line to save your customer the Basel of coming to your location just to find that it is closed

Man that answered the phone spoke to me like I was bothering him by inquiring if he had a certain medication for my infant. Getting him to answer simple questions was like pulling teeth! I would like to think I am one of the easiest, kindest people to talk to, but before I could get any further he decided to end the call abruptly! Absolutely unprofessional, but I don't think he could care less. There was no reason to be so hostile for no reason, your job is to help the sick, not chase them off the phone because your grumpy!

The couple at this pharmacy are so lovely to interact with. I have been going here since 2018 I think and have always been treated with respect and kindness. During covid they have reduced hours but they are super kind and accommodating a few mins here and there. He proactively calls me whenever he receives my prescription from my family doctor to tell me he has it ready for pick-up.

The oldest and the rudest pharmacist ever, they have some weird rules “ you can’t get whatever you want unless you take a sit and wait for minutes for no reason” and “ you can’t ask them to make it quick”. He throw my prescription on me for violating this rules, the worst part is my 7 days old was in a severe pan out of circumcision and I was buying pain reliever but he forced me to sit and wait just only to show me who is the boss.

Not sure about all these 1 star reviews I've never had any issue here and the staff were always nice and friendly

The worst pharmacist ever.If you want to go there, prepare yourself for the worst treatment and lack of advice, obviously money mule
