Motion staff are very professional. They explained the application process for the ADP program. Once I was approved my new scooter (The Pride Mbility Zero Turn 8) was ordered. Once my new scooter came in they delivered it right to my apartment. I am quite pleased with the service.

Fantastic to work with. Dimitri has patiently, and pleasantly, helped us find quick and economical solutions to the multiple challenges we've provided.He noticed a loose bracket on a chair he transported for us; asked the user if it had been intentionally adjusted that way for their comfort. Since it hadn't, he suggested a work order - then saw the issue, grabbed his tools and solved it on the spot.Then proceeded to do the same for another chair-user at the facility, who asked if he could help with an issue.Also the guidance, and advice provided from ALL Motion staff we've interacted with has been great. Much appreciated.

I came in for a custom footplate and Anthony was brilliant to work with. He’s fantastic at thinking outside the box and solving tricky wheelchair issues. My footplate fit like a glove as soon as I sat down. My leg cramping and arthritis pain are reduced already. I’m very grateful.I’ve worked with other Motion staff recently who have been rude, sexist and ableist. I was immediately asked if the issues with my wheelchair were caused by weight gain. I’ve had my chair for a very short time and have not gained weight. Issues with my brakes snapping in half, should not be blamed on my weight. Every frustration I expressed was dismissed as potential user error (aka my fault). I have a wheelchair that causes pain and the rep acted like there was nothing he could do. He didn’t want to be held responsible for any issues. I left those other appointments feeling very hurt and not listened to.Working with Anthony today was joy. He’s very skilled and patient. I look forward to working with him again.

I just picked up my new manual wheelchair from Motion and I am extremely happy.I always get excellent timely service from both my sales representative, Randy, and one particular service technician, Negash who always seems to be the one who did the repairs on my previous wheelchairs. I am one VERY satisfied customer!

I am very satisfied with the speedy service I received from Negash and Bobby for the urgent repair of my power chair's tilt button. Negash patiently spent time to fix the problem virtually and once he diagnosed the problem, he arranged an urgent appointment with another technician, Bobby, who visited me the next day at home. I would like to praise both technicians for being highly skilled, customer oriented, polite, efficient and professional.
