Wonderful stay. Comfortable bed, great room. Desk staff helpful and in-house restaurant food was delicious. Shuttle driver efficient and friendly. Overall great value for my money - I was pleasantly surprised and will definitely be choosing your hotel again for future visits.

Very economical in comparison to other airport hotels in the area. Clean. Quiet. Spacious rooms. Comfortable bed. I would have given 5 stars but the airport shuttle service is an issue. It does NOT operate between noon and 5:00 p.m. when the majority of flights would arrive at Vancouver International Airport. A taxi from the airport to the hotel will cost you an additional $20.00 so when booking here add that to your bill!

Stayed for a business trip, two nights, and three days. Conference room downstairs by lobby. One side isn't much of a view, the other side facing the airport. Right beside the airport, so it is noisy. Shuttle bus runs all day back and forth. Restaurant is in the building, gym and pool here. Hot tub wasn't making bubbles ? Room had a fan,air-conditioning. TV Channel changing was challenging. Lol.

We were in room 220 in case you wish to verify my review...checked out on June 22nd. The location is great and exterior/lobby area but that's about it. The bathroom looked dated, leaky faucets and dirty/moldy/mildew grout. I don't think the bathrooms/washrooms are cleaned in a sanitary way because of this. Our carpet was wrinkled (like it needed to be stretched) and the surfaces of the furniture were super dusty and was miserable due to my allergies. I do not recommend this hotel for these reasons. I hope management takes my review as constructive criticism to improve the place.

This is a very convenient location especially if you have a car. They also have an airport shuttle and they will reimburse taxi fare if you arrive late. It was surprisingly quiet, well kept and clean. My room had a really nice kitchen in it which would be great for longer stays. The pool was decent and the hot tub was hot! The hotel has a Moxies on site and I can honestly say I've never had a bad meal at Moxie's, which is also one of the better restaurants for vegetarians or vegans. The room is equipped with a coffee maker and they supply an excellent coffee which would only be better if you could request a real creamer from the front desk. This is actually my second time in this hotel and I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

We arrived early in the morning (way before check in). They were able to get our room cleaned and get us in the room very early which was much appreciated after a long flight. Hannah was very accommodating throughout the entire process and always had a smile on her face.

We very much appreciated the free upgrade to a bigger room, it was very nice. When my flights got changed the shuttle we needed to take was already full, so the hotel paid for us to take a taxi to the airport. The service here was great and we really appreciated it. We will stay again in the future.

I found the staff extremely friendly and courteous. We are diamond members, so it could have a little influence on their attitudes, but I don't believe it was. Our room was upgraded to their jacuzzi room, which is strange as it has a tub in the middle of the room. It felt old school, but the kids were impressed. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Staff was kind and helpful.. the rooms and hotel itself are extremely rundown, the restaurant was unorganized. Had to go out multiple times to ask for things. Food was not great. Overall just shocked at the cost of this room and how rundown it is.
