I had such a great experience at Visions Woodbridge recently. The team was very welcoming and helpful and were able to offer many options for my purchase. Our sales person was very knowledgeable and was able to find us a perfect product for our home. I know that I will be definitely returning for future purchases. A big thank you to the visions team Woodbridge.

Warranty coverage @ $799 for 5 years is a scam. They do no offer any meaningful warranty directly but they contracted it to A1 Tech that has zero customer service in my opinion. They take forever to respond and when they do, they show up unprepared. They have picked my Tv , 3 weeks in counting with no update. Am here stirring at the wall with no time frame on when I will get my Tv back.RESOLUTION: Visions electronics has reached out to me and has agreed to replace my TV with a new one. An updated brand new TV. Now Am impressed. Thanks.

I went in to see the store without any intention of buying anything. There Janeil attended me and showed me the store. After talking for a while, he told me about the mobile plan they had with the cell phones and the benefits that I was going to receive by updating my phone there. At that time, there was only one month left to renew my plan and phone. Janeil gave me a super price on the cell phone and the plan I needed. If you need to upgrade or buy a cell stop by the store on Vaughan and ask for Janeil. Excellent service

Went a couple days ago to pick up a TV for my mom. She had a list of features that she wanted and was pretty specific with the requirements. I told an employee named Gage what I needed and he helped me find a model that exactly matched what we needed, and was within my price range. There were actually a few TVs that matched our requirements, but Gage helped me navigate which one would be best for what we wanted to do with it. I really appreciate the customer service and the value at Visions.

I’ve recently been in the market for a new TV and so I decided to visit Visions Electronics to see what they had available. Upon my arrival, I was welcomed into the store by a very nice gentleman named Gage and he was beyond helpful! He showed me all the different models the store had available and even took my budget into account and made several custom recommendations for me on the best TV’s to consider buying. If it wasn’t for Gage’s outstanding customer service, I don’t think I’d have a clue on what kind of TV to buy. Gage made this process very easy and very exciting and was very patient with me throughout, making sure to answer all of my questions. Thank you so much once again Gage and Visions Electronics for all your help! I will definitely be recommending this store to all of my friends and family and will be coming back soon!

This store looks fantastic with the best prices and products. Their team is pretty friendly, very experienced. I got helped by this guy named Janeil last week, seemed like a new staff member but he sure was friendly.

Very poor customer from the manager. When you purchase an item and it has a fault I understand that you have no control over that however i can not treat customers as if they have no right to return faulty item. The worker was amazing, however manager should not work in any industry that requires human interaction.

Great Prices, Excellent customer service, friendly, knowledgeable staff that goes above and beyond to help out. This is a great place to shop. My experience at Vaughan location has been great, where I have now bought a tv and a surround system for my new home. The managers and staff there not just helped me understand the products but spent time giving the demos to help me decide on the best one to suit my needs. They just don't sell, but they sell the product that is best suited for your needs and in your budget!!

My wife and I went into the Woodbridge Vision Electronics store just to look at some TVs. We were welcomed by a friendly sales person who was very professional and knowledgeable!We were not there to make a purchase, but because we were treated with respect, kindness and above all Mr. Janeil Alas took his time to make us fully understand all the different models available.Janeil was just beyond Great!!!Needless to say we bought the TV and few other things as well!!!Good job Visions for hiring this terrific gentleman!!!

A lot of mixed reviews for this location.Overall I thought my visit went well, received assistance quickly and service was great.I'd give it 5 stars but I find it very odd that they are not able to order an item at the store level and have it delivered to your home, only to the store..opting for delivery to the home incurs a shipping charge of like $50 which is mind boggling considering shipping is free when ordering from the website.I thank the associate who advised me of this. But it still does not make any sense, so minus one star.
