Really bad experience so far..!! It's already been 2 months that we had given our Honda car for repair at the center and nothing has happened so far. Everytime my husband contacted them, the only thing he hears is that parts are backorded from Honda and they don't have any ETA. How is this even acceptable in the services industry? This is very frustrating..My insurance is looking to end the rental car support soon and we'll be left with no rental car and no visibility of car repair as well..!! I would suggest go to a body shop that can give better answers than unknown ETA's..!!

Worst place for repair and customer serviceI posted a review for this shop and they gave a reply to contact their manager Gary at an email address I sent two emails but it seems there is no manager and on top of that they stop picking our calls Planet Ford should know how these people handle their customersThis is my first and last visit to this shop and I will also get rid of my Ford vehicle so that I wont have to face these people again in future

Performance Collision Brampton team were fantastic. They took care of my car always kept me updated. I recommend to my family and friends to use this company

Worst place ever!!! It’s been two weeks my car was sent to this location for fixing the rear bumper only. Whenever i call them to check the estimate time for the repair, the lady at the reception (rude nd unprofessional) wouldn’t even check in the system, but will start making excuses. She doesn’t even know, how to deal with customers. My airbags didn’t come out at the time of accident, and now they r mentioning the airbags were out..? Like seriously.. never choose this location

HiI went to this centre because my insurance company deals with this company. I am really disappointed with their services, firstly they do not know how to communicate professionally with the customers. Secondly, they put the scratch on vehicle’s hood body, then they refused to take responsibility of their cause. At the time of pre-Inspection, there was no scratch on vehicle. They also have the photos but still they didn’t help a bit. They don’t even clean your vehicles before giving it back to you. Do not go to this centre at all.

I will not recommend this body shop at all. It’s already been over 2 months i have handed my car for a fix, Everytime I call to get an update I get a same reply that they are waiting for the parts. My insurance company provided me a rental car for a month and since then I don’t have any vehicle to commute. However, i am paying my insurance and installments on time but I have to struggle everyday to go to work. I would definitely recommend other body shops as considerably they are promising to get my car fixed earlier than them.

Stay away from this place. I wanted to give 0 stars if I could.I had a minor collision and front bumper, bonnet needed repair, it took like 5 months as the guy I worked with told me that there is shortage of parts, so I believed him, and after so many times reaching out to him, he finally said, the vehicle is ready, but then said to the insurance they will not release the car as they needed another around 2 grands as a final adjustment, so my insurance released that as well, so for that much minor repair they charged more than 5 grands in total to the insurance.And when I went to pick car, I see that they have repaired my same old bonnet, and the trim of the bonnet is not even aligned, I asked the same guy I dealt with , what is this so he basically lied that because they have replaced the bonnet with aftermarket one so the trim will not align, but I know they have repaired the same bonnet as the original bonnet there was a metal mark, because of accident, it was still present there.As I was fed up with these guys, it’s a waste of further time with this guy, I took my car and still driving it and each day I see that poor quality work and that reminds me of this place that never ever in my life to use them againLong story short, poor quality job with overpriced and not transparent!

Had worst experience ever, I made an appointment to fix my car at the bodyshop they dont have any written appointment schedule to send customer as it was 1 1/2 month apart, and no appointment reminder, when I made appointment i was told by the advisor that I dont have to pay any deductible and when my car was repaired and ready to pick up which was late then they told me they asked me to pay $900 deductible, claiming to be no 1 group in Canada doesn't have a phone recording system and no appointment reminder system, and every single update you want you have to call the shop they will never call you.Update: Got a reply on my review and was told to contact on mentioned email, 3 weeks in, no reply as usual dont even bother writing email to superior customer service staff they are following the same policy of the company to not reply.

Performance CB your manger don’t reply to the emails and your office stop responding to my phone call. Is this your way of handling the customer grievances ? Worst Worst Worst place for repair, very unprofessional, rude receptionist on asking about how long it will take for the repair she replied I don’t manufacture the parts.Before towing my vehicle I called and confirmed that do they have capacity for repair they said YES and now They took 15 days for submitting estimate to the insurance company for minor damage. Don’t recommend this collision shop to anyone even though insurance company say it’s their preferred shop don’t go there.

The worst body shop in the whole of Canada!. Worst experience and nightmare! My car has been with this body shop for close to 6 months. Ed is a pathological liar!. The lies is always same, he’s waiting on parts, my car is at the dealership for inspection or my insurance is giving him a hard time. Worst communication, Ed actually told me to stop calling, that he would call when my car is ready!. My credit card is been charged now because I have a rental car for over 5months going on 6. Pls DO NOT use this body shop. So unprofessional and incompetent. AVOID ED & the shop!. My car is still with them as of today, no update yet!
