Had a wonderful experience with my partner looking for boots. Partner decided on a pair Blundtstones while I wasn’t able to find a pair that fit me properly, but shoutout to Ezra who got me dozens of different types of boots to try over the course of 2+ hours and answering endless questions I had. Awesome experience

Great service from top to bottom. Christine is very knowledgeable and gave me great advice with a wide variety of options for what I was looking for. They handled a return (manufacturer defect, not their fault) professionally and had another pair ordered in within a week.Highly recommended for both their product quality and great service!

I've ordered twice to ship to the Yukon and both times they've exceeded my expectations. The shipments went out in less than 24 hrs.. and for someone who has to order a lot online due to my wilderness living.. that's a lot. I'll definitely be ordering again!

Becker Shoes is a good place to shop, although their pricing/product selection is on the higher end. That being said, they beat prices online. Justin took his time with me and we tried a few different products. He ended up transferring in a shoe in a size they didn't have stock. It took two days, and two lovely ladies helped me out today when they came in.Overall, an excellent shoe-shopping experience.

Becker Shoes is a wonderful little store with friendly helpful staff, and an array of amazing quality, fashionable and functional shoes and boots. They did not have my size in stock, so they had it shipped to my home. I received them in only 2 business days! VERY comfortable, and I am over the moon! Thank you Becker for great product and great service!

Christine and Kali are such amazing sales associates, they greeted us right away and then gave us a few minutes to walk around the store, which we really loved. They are friendly, super knowledgeable, and made great suggestions. Becker Shoes is the first place we check out when we go shoe shopping.

Customer service agents did not even acknowledge my presence. Waited 10 minutes. More interested in a baby than making a $200 sale. Only two customers in the store including myself. Went to their competitor and saved money. Doubtful to be returning.
