Technician was great nice to see people that do the job, right?

I had an appointment today and the crew was fantastic. Tyler and Matt came ahead of time which was great. I had my lawn removed, it rained last night and the poor guys had to work in the sloppy mud!. They did a great job, answered all my questions and they were very professional and polite. It was refreshing and much appreciated.

The tech did not show up on Friday as arranged. Same issue last year but at least last year there was an apology. Was not closed properly and someone else already opened it and turned it on while I was away from Apr 14-24. I called Waterwell and told them this and that I only now needed them to shut system down in the Fall. However they booked someone to come and i didn't stop it in case sprinklers needed fixing and timings. So the system is on but walkway is getting wet and I don't think it's sprinkling at the legal times. Would appreciate knowing when the tech is coming and seeing him each time and a call when not coming

We just had an excellent experience having our backyard sprinklers installed. Mark was easy to work with and came exactly when he said he would, which was really appreciated. George and Dave did the work and they were fantastic! Must highlight how courteous and professional they were. They also cleaned up beautifully after they were done. Thanks again to the team. I hope you have a good Summer ahead.

After a landscaping project, our irrigation system was in a mess. When we called Waterwell Irrigation for urgent service, they were there the following day. As we have seen before, they are extremely reliable and providing a first class professional job. Highly recommendable.

The system closing for the season was scheduled between 12 and 5 pm. Appeared to be a no-show, I tried calling Waterwell to see if they are still coming, no answer. Technicians showed up 5:58 pm according to their GPS data.Maybe they rang the bell once, but I was onsite and they failed to alert me to their presence. they did not call me. There is no way they rang they bell again before they left, but the day after my daughter mentioned passing them on the property, coming in the back door.Verified by doorbell is actually working.They recorded this as a no show on my part. Called Waterwell, despite a total lack of diligence on their part to notify me of their presence, and GPS documented (by them) that they missed the appointment window by almost a hour, they insist on billing me for a missed appointment.I also recall for a previous visit waiting an entire day for them to show up and they were a no show, cited the weather as an excuse but did not advise me.

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE service. I have been a client for many years and lately the service is unacceptable. I paid and signed a contract for opening and closing and I still have not had my service done. The girl who answers the phone is useless.She gave me a date of the 23 May, NO SHOW. I called them and she said they were supposed to be there the 22 but tech was sick. WRONG. Service was for the the 23. Then she said they will be there the 24th NO SHOW. We are today the 25th, called them at 9:00am WAITED 10 MINUTES ON THE LINE NO answer.

After following with waterwell irrigation for the service to be completed. (pop up head under cedar tree was not closed to allow better pressure like stated in service call#157044 to cause stronger pressure for water to get to areas needed)Service was not done causing my grass to die. Water was not covering some spots in other zones as well also causing burnt spots.Customer service speaks over you and does not let you speak.I worked in collections agencies and this is how it feels.They do not want to do the closing when i PRE-PAID for OPENING AND CLOSING ether.I will not recommend this company to anyone.
