When you call Wagenaar's, you speak with the owners. I was so impressed on how quickly they called me back with information of transporting a small bundle from Calgary to Vernon. PLus they collected my package from a click and collect vendor with a two hour time slot. I was impressed that they treated me like my shipment was as important as a large shipment. The delivery came 3 days earlier. Chris called to tell me when it was going to arrive, and Jesse delivered with professional service. He was very friendly and you could tell he loved working for this company - and it was his last delivery on a Saturday. I can't say enough how much I appreciate this company and will definitely use them again!
