Knowledgeable staff and friendly.

Great in-store customer service, but not so much with managing pick-up schedules. They have great prices for duvets and sheets and they go their way to find the right one in your price range. However, be ware if you order something that is out of stock and has to be brought in from other outlet malls. The manager is the one supposed to be going there in person to pick it up on her way to work (or something like that), and I was “promised” that it would not take more than a week. I am two weeks in, and every time I make a call they apologize and change the timeline. It is as though the manager frequently “forgets” to pick my order up and that I have to constantly call them to remind them about my order. I am not quite sure if this is a common practice among bedroom suppliers, but to me this is a bit unprofessional. They need to go about a more proper service for shipping the products in, in which case there would be a solid timeline that would likely be met. They refuse to give a solid timeline when you inquire at the beginning. Had I known that it will take frickin two weeks, I would have droven to Vaughan Mills and picked it up myself.Again, if all the items you are looking for are available in store, this would not be an issue and hence I maintain a star rating of 3/5 instead of 1.

Small store, but good collection of bedding and bed accessories.

The story is so well organized, clean and beautiful selections to choose from.

Manager is indian i guess ,they are cheater ,selling poor stuff ,when it comes to return lady took the bedsheet from display and changed the price after many attempts
