La Manche Suspension Bridge Trail
Was dry the last two days so the trail was only wet where the streams cross it. Really glad we decided to bring our hiking poles with us - came into use today! Bridge was cool. Interesting to see campers there but beautiful way to wake up! Bridge is cool and we saw a few seals swimming and on a rock.

We hiked Brigus South to La Manche....ending at the bridge. One of the nicest hikes on the East Coast Trails.

Great walk to the bridge, there is a spot to swim if you bring your suit. Trail was a little difficult, definitely need good shoes.

Perfect hike. Wear good footwear. A nice trail but a little rocky and may be wet at times! I enjoyed it very much.I was a little late starting and got back just before dark. I plan to go back and go farther than the bridge.
