Pennzoil Ten Minute Oil Change
Wow! These are really went above and beyond! I bought a vehicle 2 days ago and I went to go do an oil change from these guys. The filter was basically fried on and couldn’t get it off! They ended up working over time and got the job done! Thank you again guys ! You are the best I’ll be back again for my next oil change!

Pennzoil Ten Minute Oil Change
Avoid at all cost. Got an oil change there in December and had trouble with my car ever since. Had to change my oil after less than 100km. They didn't change my oil filter. Never again will I go here.So now you're calling me names?Look up invoice #45824. If you like I can bring you the filter and oil I removed as proof? Troll huh?

Pennzoil Ten Minute Oil Change
We just had our oil changed here for the first time. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and I enjoyed the atmosphere as everyone seemed to enjoy working with each other. The oil change was fast and they didn’t tell me I needed things done that didn’t actually need to be done.. unlike other places I have been. Leaving with that peace of mind is worth the price. I will definitely be back!

Wonderful staff and quick service! Staff was very friendly, personable and helpful. He was polite and said thank you, which you don't often get these days. Although price was higher than expected (synthetic oil is needed on my vehicle), I will be returning for next oil change.

Pennzoil Ten Minute Oil Change
The employees are always super polite. I'm someone who gets nervous bringing my car in as I'm not a car person and I always worry that someone will tell me that I've been doing something wrong. But that's never happened here. They're quick, efficient, and there's free coffee and water while you wait. Will keep coming here as long as I live in Hamilton!

Best place to get your oil changed, go here every time. They are so friendly, don't ever pressure you into buying extras, and when I've gone there is never a long wait. I also like how you park and they pull it in for you, and you go inside to wait. 10/10 everytime.

Extremely friendly staff, clean operation, fast turn around, free top ups,but expensive I was surprised with the bill. Lets be honest its an oil change. After a recent response from your firm I feel compelled to further comment on my recent experience. I paid $108 for a 10w30 conventional oil change. Your response states you frequently check your competition prices and feel your prices are comparable, $108 for a conventional oil change is not comparable. I will not be returning to your firm not because of the staff, they are excellent, but because of the high price.
