Even charges interests on interest reserves (nobody else does this!) and lives from brokerage and set up fees. Interests are steep high but cheap compared to all the other fees they charge. The contractual small prints allow them to decide if (!) and when to advance funds, regardless of your actual need or situation. Terms are intentionally short so they can charge for expensive extensions again. Very stressful and always funding uncertainty - even after paying all fees and signing all their legal docs. Consistently asking to repay before due date in order to sign up other borrowers. No fun at all!
