Was bringing in a hotshot from saskatchewan and blew front axel hub and caliper on a Sunday limped here and was a young fella changing a tire . he diagnosed my problem even drove me to a grocery store for food and drinks to hold me over till am ! Shop was on it as soon as the lights were on and could get parts right away needless to say I'll be using this as my goto shop going forward when in Southern Ontario. 5 star service 100% definitely sets the bar for heavy repair shop!Definitely grateful, Full Deck HotshotsRam 3500 dually

I called the company for a complicated brake repair on an old obscure tractor. Bottom line, they spent time with me on the phone and where honest with me. IMHO that is very important. The type of work needed, sure they could do, but the referred me to another business that would be more suited for the job. I am very impressed with them, and a shout out to Jason in service for being AWESOME!!!

Hands down the best shop my husband has ever used. When the worst possible thing for an owner operator to have happen, Tim and his team meticulously installed a brand new motor and all that goes with it. Even though we live 2+ hours away and it's never convenient to drop off a truck... He will never go to another shop for service. As a driver's wife it's incredibly important to know my partner will make it home safely because of their care and precision. THANK YOU for having exemplary service and integrity.

Amazing Service by Tammy and the technicians!Fit us in for snow tires for our Jeep Wrangler during the busy season. tires ordered and installed within 3 days of calling!Every other place we called was booked solid for at least 3-4 weeks and Steer was able to accommodate us in such a timely matter.Their prices were also very fair and reasonable.Will definitely use Steer in the future for our passenger and fleet vehicles!

the main reason for this review is that they offer to put new tires on smaller vehicles but they can't do alignments when that should be done at the same time...good way of getting $$$... so now I have to rush to find somewhere else to go for alignment and spend more $$ & time off workMaybe that's something to offer in the future....
