We purchased our hot tub about 3 months ago after a lot of research online and visits to many different companies (including a few “wet tests”).The jacuzzi was hands down the best. The filters are nice and compact, without taking up a seat. You get the clear ray tech and ozonator. The jets can be run at many different strengths while being very simple to adjust and control. The “air” feature that is proprietary to jacuzzi makes the water powerful but somehow also smooths the pressure out and keeps it comfortable. We selected the 345 as it fits our family comfortably.Part of the decision also had to do with the sales staff. We were given unbelievable service, allowing us to meet an almost impossible installation deadline. The sale, delivery and electrical installation was all coordinated by Melanie in record time. We were very thankful!So, three months later we are enjoying the hot tub regularly as quality family time just before heading to bed. It’s fun and therapeutic. I would highly recommend that anyone considering a hot tub shop here.

We just bought a hot tub from the Oakville Jacuzzi location. The service was impeccable. We were well looked after from start to finish. The after care is probably more important as you become more familiar with your tub. Mel was great and continues to make herself available to answer any questions. Loving the purchase!!

I want to congratulate Melanie and the team at Jacuzzi Hot Tub Oakville for their professionalism, and attention to detail. My husband and I have been shopping for Hot tubs for over a year, and chose to go with Jacuzzi as although a bit more expensive, the tubs they offered met with what we were looking for in terms of comfort and jets for massage. I've been in sales and service for years, and the attention to detail they offer their clients is outstanding. We were kept up to date on delivery, and were recommended electricians who met our timelines and had everything ready to go from site inspection to installation. I highly recommend Melanie and her team at Jacuzzi. We couldn't be happier with the service and product.

Awesome service and product from Jacuzzi Oakville. We had very specific needs and a tight budget, and they worked with us to find the perfect hot tub for our tricky space. Delivery and installation were smooth and hassle-free, and they spent time teaching us how to best maintain it. We've had our Jacuzzi hot tub for a little over six months now, and it's one of the best purchases we've ever made. Highly recommended.

I should have bought a Jacuzzi! Despite purchasing another spa, when the vendor wouldn't return my calls, Nekhat and helped me with my water issues. I will be using Oakville Jacuzzi for all my service needs and future purchases.
