Very friendly ordering product. Was to send to a mail box in rural Alberta. I never did receive it, parcel was returned by the courier, they couldn't find our address. Had message, if I wanted to pay the shipping charges again of $37, they would resend, otherwise, I can be refunded for my order, but not, shipping charges.So, I paid, shipping for no product
