ZayZoon has been a blessing in so many levels for me. I get paid biweekly like most people now days and life has shown me a lot and especially with kids that a lot if unexpected things can happen in a 2 week time period. I have been grateful to be able to log into this app and get an advance on my pay whenever I've really needed it. The app is easy to use and I even messed up once and accidently hit a wrong button and disabled my account but with their on line chat it was resolved and fixed within the hour if that and was able to still get the advance I needed that day. Thank you so much for this app.

Horrible customer service. Cannot to a live person. They won't take ownership in problems that are created by them. They offer no immediate solutions to help you fix issues. Even my employer cannot speak with a live person. Just plain ridiculous!!!!. Should be 0 stars!!!

Stole $200 from my check and didnt want to refund me. Forced me to ask for money from family to feed my kids.I had to confront them about taking my money and they wanted to wait for ever to return it.I would be thrilled to death to hear this company gets audited to death and forced to pay those they stole from for the problems they causes.

This app has helped me greatly when i needed it! It still does! The transactions or easy and instant! I had to reach out to customer service one time and he responded quickly and was very helpful. I recommend this 1000%. I dont like that there is a small fee to get your money but being in the world of technology for years i know that electronic transfer cost a fee ANYWHERE!

Absolutely horrible service. Definitely just a money racket scam to employees. And the customer service is terrible. If looking for employment offering pay by the day, consider a place offering DailyPay. This service is awful.

I absolutely love this pay in a pinch option and the cost to use it is totally worth it. I’ve paid bills bought groceries and emergency funds can be so hard to come by! But you can take from what you earn and make it up later! I love ZayZoon and will recommend it to anyone it is available to! You simply can not go wrong using their service!

This is awesome service once you sign up they will send email and text to let you know what is available to take a loan on your payroll. No more going to a apply in person all done on your phone. Once you click the amount then right in your account same day and best part the Withrow your next check. So easy and convenient.
