Great shop atmosphere in a store with a tasteful design and great quality of inventory. All staff are very helpful and experienced, they were accommodating to find the right size and style and make sure I was happy and comfortable with my purchases. Excellent customer service allows me to enjoy shopping and feel comfortable and relaxed in a store. I definitely recommend shopping here.

I have been a loyal customer of this store for approximately 15 years. In general my experiences here have been fairly positive until recently. I booked an appointment for a bra that had been put on hold for me. Not only was it the incorrect style of bra but it was also the incorrect size. I let them know this and I was asked what I was looking for. The correct product I was looking for was brought to the change room change room also in the wrong size along with the incorrectly ordered bra (which I said I didn’t want). I explained that I didn’t want to try the correct bra because it was the wrong bra size (3 sizes to small). I was informed to try it on for size and that the bra was a big fit. I did try it on to show her that it was ridiculously too small. Once I showed her how small it was the response made me feel like I was being an inconvenience for asking for a larger size. Should I not have been asked to do a new fitting at this point? Why am I left explaining and defending myself for sizing issues? I left the store feeling like I never wanted to return. I thought it would be best to call and speak to the manager to explain the situation to potentially save the bad experience, however, all the manager did was get defensive and re explain that different brands of bras fit different and that they believe in good customer service. She admitted that I was a long time customer of theirs and have been supportive of their store even during the closure and yet there was no apology or suggestion on how this could be made better. Needless to say I let her know that they have lost a loyal customer and that I will not be returning to the store. I am appalled at the lack of customer service and lack of care for loyalty. Time to find a new place. Please beware.

This is the biggest selection of fashion bras I've ever seen! Best customer service- the staff is exceptional. Theyre all friendly and welcoming. They make you feel comfortable- especially when they are measuring you!

It’s not often that you hear from a man, but let me tell you, These ladies know there stuff. My wife picked an entire summer leisure wear collection and I wasn’t going to question any suggestions they made.Thank you ladies! We will be back!!

A few days ago I went to three stores in the area in search of new bras and swimwear. All three were nice and neat, but one of them, Goodnight, Goodmorning absolutely won my heart. Two things stood out in particular, extremely friendly, professional service and the selection of products. I dare say that I don't remember ever being served in any boutique with such care and understanding in my life. I filled the gaps in my bezier with the highest quality products. I returned home fully satisfied with the feeling of a renewed and biological recovery. I'm sure I'll be back to Goodnight, Goodmorning pretty soon. I highly recommend this boutique to every woman.

This boutique is a true gem. It is packed with great quality stuff and most importantly very skillful ladies. From beginning to end the experience was amazing. I finally have been fitted into a proper bra, thank you Goodnight Goodmorning! Oh, and the swimwear is to die for. I will definitely be back.

Not LGBTQ friendly. I called them to get measured and they confirmed they do that. As soon as I mentioned I was a trans woman I was told “Absolutely not.” and they hung up on me. Taking my business elsewhere.
