Good point of this place is there is their own parking lot here so I can park there for 30 minutes. I used public one cuz didn't know this. Price was okay(surprislely cheaper than duty free shop)! But little bit sad there is not many brands of beer I was looking for.

I wish the managers were as nice as employees. Very very rude and helpless manager on duty on friday october 14th 7 pm (the man with shorter blond hair). I used to get drinks for our bar by using the business liquor id. Since I only buy drinks when the store purchaser is off duty my name is not in the system. However, always managers on duty call the store or the business manager to get authorisation to use the liquor license. But totally in opposite after I spoke to this manager, I was treated rudly and his haughty manner made me shocked. He kept yelling at me and saying that he is the boss and he does not care about anything else. I ended up buying the drinks after I went to the other bcl in davie and their manager on duty was actually helpful and knew how to speak to people and he called the license owner and got authorisation to help us out.Solid ziro star to the managment team. If they are not there to help, they can be polite. Hopefully bcl cares about customers and reach me out.

If you don’t know how to pronounce someone’s name, don’t guess, just ask. People’s names matter. They’re part of our identities. I would way rather hear “how do you pronounce your name” than a complete ethnocentric butchery of it,any time. Please be respectful.

I live locally in the apartments next door, always stop in here with my escooter. Today was in here approx 2/3 minutes shopping for a party order and the place was empty (I was only customer) and I got told to leave scooter outside, I politely told the guy I came here all the time and never had the problem. Just another example of someone working in customer service who feels the need to go out of the way to cause a disagreement or make someone’s day worse, I left straight away and spent my money at denman around the corner. We’re all human, learn to have respect for one another

Weirdly reeks in there a bit.. It smells either of sweat or alcohol. Place needs to be aired out.Staff are amazing though, super friendly and helpful

Terrible bottle recycle service; it obviously is not a service priority with snarkiness when pointed out to them. Security glaring at entrance as you leave. Wish we had supermarket sales Iike other major cities in the U.S., instead of Canadian government monopoly and over regulations.

It was Persian guy I think who work in this location he ruined our night me and my partner try to buy liquor we both are over 30 and i gave my cider to my husband to pay but he had only 1 id so he said he’s not allowed to buy. Anyways I tried to buy my self but he give me very bad attitude and he ask me to leave the store!!! he was very rude and impolite.It was very late and couldn’t make it to the different bc liquor store. He ruined all my plan for that night.
