Appraisal West

Brad and the receptionist went over and above to accommodate our subject removal date. Much appreciated, very professional!

I called appraisal west to order an appraisal and explained to them I needed to submit the report within 14 days. They said that would not be a problem and I booked an appointment for Brad to come. Then they cancelled my booked appointment a couple hours prior to my appt time. I rebooked for two days later. They then cancelled a second time at the same time my appointment was scheduled for. They wanted to rebook for the following week. I reminded them I had a deadline I needed this for so he came later in the day. Brad finally came and assessed the home. I reminded him that I needed the report back in 5 days now.Five days later I received an email stating the report was almost ready and asking for payment of $420. I called to pay immediately and was told that Brad was just finishing up and would send it shortly. I did not receive it and therefore did not have it for the meeting it was needed for.The next day I received an email stating Brad would have it completed that afternoon. I did not receive it.Another five days passed and still no appraisal report. I then asked for a refund if I did not receive it by 2pm. I did not receive it.Brad then told me my Ex was actually his client , not me ( yet they had no problem taking MY money) because he had hired him 2 years prior. Brad explained there was a conflict of interest and could not do the report. He then tried to make me feel bad that I had wasted his time.

I’ve used appraisal west to Appraise my own property as well as numerous construction builds. Brad and his team have always provided prompt service and connected directly with my financial institution to expedite the processIf your refinancing, looking at having property appraised, or in need of progress review for construction financing Brad and his team will take care of you

Appraisal West is the only Appraisal company I use in Kelowna and the surrounding area. Their Customer Service sets them self apart from other Appraisal Companies. I receive my reports in a timely manner, if the members are home when one of the appraisers show up they always tell me how kind they were. I find their reports to be extremely accurate. Brad and his team really know the market place and provide great insight.

A big thanks to Brad for a thorough and efficient appraisal. Brad's research and methodology provided us with the comprehensive report that we were looking for. We would definitely recommend Brad or use him again in the future.

Quite impressed with Appraisals West. As anyone in B.C knows, it takes forever and a day to get anything done here. I was able to get someone out to my remote location within 2 business days of the request and then the report was finished within 2 business days of that. My house came back appraised at an amount that seemed fair and reasonable for the market. Would highly recommend!
